ICERT–Sapientia – Research, Innovation & Publications Division Advancing Knowledge for a Better Future

ICERT Press is the official publishing arm of the International Council for Education, Research and Training (ICERT), operating under the Research, Innovation & Publications Division (ICERT–Sapientia). We are committed to producing and disseminating high-quality academic, scientific, and professional publications that align with ICERT’s mission to promote education, research, and sustainable development worldwide.

Our publications include peer-reviewed journals, scholarly books, educational manuals, policy reports, and curriculum resources — all published with U.S. and Indian ISBN registration for global recognition.

In academic life, it is often said, “Publish or perish.” Publication facilitates the open exchange of knowledge, exposes research to scrutiny by the broader academic community, and documents innovation. It demonstrates productive use of research data, preserves a record of scholarly achievement, and plays a crucial role in academic advancement, professional promotion, and research sustainability.

However, the process of publishing is not without its challenges — disagreements can arise about when to publish, what to publish, and how credit should be shared. At ICERT Press, we aim to uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in addressing these issues.

Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

We are dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in all areas of our publishing. We welcome submissions from researchers of all backgrounds and strive for editorial and review processes that are free from bias and discrimination.

Editorial Governance & Structure

ICERT Press operates under a centralized, double-blind peer-review governance framework overseen by the Executive Board of the Research, Innovation & Publications Division (ICERT–Sapientia). Each individual publication is managed by an appointed Editor-in-Chief, supported by an International Editorial Advisory Board tasked with maintaining scientific rigor, reviewing ethics, and checking manuscript alignment.

Editorial Appointments & Opportunities

In alignment with standard institutional press practices for learned societies, appointment to the Editorial Boards of ICERT Press journals (Shodh Sari, Edumania, Eduphoria) and the ICERT Pitara book imprint is granted exclusively to registered members of the International Council for Education, Research and Training.

This policy ensures that our editorial decision-makers are deeply invested in the Council’s global mission toward sustainable development, educational innovation, and cross-disciplinary research integrity.

Qualified academic members are invited to apply for vacancies on our editorial and active review panels. Board seats are reviewed annually based on:

  • Academic Standing: A proven publication track record in your respective field.
  • Reviewer Excellence: Consistent, objective, and timely evaluations of incoming manuscripts.
  • Institutional Compliance: Strict adherence to COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines regarding conflict of interest and data fabrication sweeps.

Interested members may submit an expression of interest alongside their updated academic CV to the Press Director at: sapientia@icert.org.in.
